Workout Grounds in Almaty

We manufacture and install workout grounds for courtyards, schools, residential complexes and parks: pull-up bars, parallel bars, monkey bars, wall bars and modular calisthenics complexes. We plan the project around your site and budget.

What we manufacture

Pull-up bars

Single, double and multi-height bars, 1.9–2.5 m, natural-grip profile.

Parallel bars

Parallel and angled sets, including low support bars for floor push-ups.

Monkey bars

Straight, curved and multi-level — for grip, coordination and endurance.

Wall bars

With add-on elements: an ab bench, a pull-up bar, rings.

Modular complexes

Ready-made combinations of equipment on a shared frame — more compact and cheaper than separate posts.

Exercise boards

Information boards with training programs and usage rules.

What a workout ground is and who needs one

A workout ground is a set of outdoor equipment for bodyweight training: pull-ups, dips, muscle-ups, ab work and static holds. Unlike a gym, there are no added weights — load is set by technique, angle and range of motion, so a single ground works equally well for a beginner and an advanced athlete.

Such grounds are ordered by management companies and HOAs for courtyards, developers for residential sites, schools and colleges for PE classes and fitness testing, and city administrations for parks and waterfronts. Demand is steady: workout needs no membership, runs year-round and serves dozens of people at once.

What to include in a workout complex

A minimal working set is a pull-up bar at two or three heights, parallel bars and an incline bench. That covers a basic program — pull-ups, dips, ab work — and fits in roughly 4×6 meters.

An extended configuration adds monkey bars, a wall bar, a low bar for Australian pull-ups, multi-height bars and support bars for floor push-ups. That’s a full 8×12 meter ground where 8–12 people can train at once.

Multiple heights are worth planning for separately: bars at 1.9 / 2.2 / 2.5 meters let teenagers, adults and tall athletes who need a full hang all use the same ground. That’s cheaper than installing two separate complexes and noticeably raises how much the ground gets used.

Installation, surfacing and safety

Posts are set in concrete footings — depth is given in the installation drawing for each model and depends on structure height. Surface-mounted anchoring is only possible on a properly prepared, sufficiently thick concrete slab.

Shock-absorbing surfacing is mandatory under the equipment: rubber mulch or rubber mats. Installing bars over asphalt or concrete is not allowed — a fall means a direct injury. The safety zone around each piece of equipment is at least 1.5 meters of clear space.

All bars use a natural-grip profile, threaded ends are capped, welds are ground smooth. Equipment is engineered to outdoor fitness equipment requirements (EN 16630).

Frequently asked questions

How much does a workout ground cost in Almaty?
Price depends on the equipment set, tube diameter and wall thickness, installation scope and surfacing. A basic bar-and-parallel-bars set costs noticeably less than a full ground with monkey bars and multi-height bars. Send us your site dimensions and we’ll prepare a quote with configuration options.
How much space does a workout ground need?
A compact complex fits in 4×6 meters including safety zones. A ground for 8–12 people at once needs 8×12 meters or more. We provide an installation drawing with safety zones marked before work begins.
Can a workout ground be set up on asphalt?
No. Shock-absorbing surfacing — rubber mulch or rubber mats — is mandatory under the equipment. Asphalt or concrete under bars doesn’t meet safety requirements.
How is workout different from outdoor gym equipment?
Workout equipment is static bars for bodyweight training — pull-up bars, parallel bars, monkey bars. Outdoor gym equipment has moving parts and mimics indoor machines (stepper, elliptical, press). They’re often installed side by side: workout for strength, gym equipment for cardio and warm-up.
Will it hold an adult athlete’s weight?
Yes. Posts are built from tube with wall thickness from 3 mm and set in concrete footings; the structure is engineered for dynamic loads — swings, kipping, muscle-ups — not just a static hang.
Can you build grounds for a tender?
Yes. We prepare technical specifications, material characteristics and the document package for tender submissions to city administrations, schools and developers.
What about servicing after installation?
The equipment needs minimal upkeep: periodic fastener checks and a coating inspection. We supply spare parts and service previously installed grounds.
