Materials that
everything starts with

Equipment quality is established before the laser switches on and the welding arc lights up. We choose raw materials with the same care we build our products with.

Steel

Structural & stainless steel

Load-bearing frames, posts and fasteners

For equipment frames we use hot-rolled St3 profile and tube, followed by galvanizing and powder coating. AISI 304 and 316 stainless steel is used where maximum resistance to moisture and load is needed: fasteners, slides, exposed posts.

Why this material

Steel gives the highest load-bearing capacity at a reasonable price. A properly treated profile lasts 20–30 years without losing strength.
