What a playground equipment set typically includes
A playground is rarely a single object — it’s a set of elements matched to children’s age and the size of the site. A basic set usually includes a play structure with a slide, swings, a spring rocker and a sandbox. Benches for parents, bins, fencing and an information board with usage rules complete the set.
Equipment is split by age group: for ages 3–7, free-fall height is limited, steps are wider and climbing elements are simpler; for ages 6–12, rope structures, monkey bars and taller towers are added. Mixing age zones on one playground without separation is not recommended — it’s the leading cause of injuries.
We manufacture the full range ourselves, so a playground can be assembled from a single product line: matching colors, matching fasteners, matching corner radii. That consistency shows both visually and in maintenance — parts are interchangeable.
How to plan a playground for your site
Start with measurements. Every element needs a safety zone — clear space around the equipment that must stay free of other structures, curbs and trees. For a slide that’s at least 2 meters along the slide direction; for swings, 2 meters in front of and behind the seat. That’s why a 6×6 meter site fits noticeably fewer elements than the catalog suggests.
The second factor is surfacing. Rubber mulch, artificial turf or sand are chosen based on the free-fall height of the tallest element — the taller the structure, the thicker the shock-absorbing layer needs to be.
